We have extended our returns policy for Christmas
Returns for purchases made between 25th November and 24th December 2021 will have an extended return period through 31st January 2022.
Custom duty and tariff charged
All customs duties and tariffs charged by local customs office are at buyer's cost. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Free of charge
The time of delivery is different from country to country. Normally the delivery will take between 8-20 working days. Be aware that the current COVID-19 situation can affect the expected delivery time.
Returns and refunds
You retain the right to return an order within 14 days of receiving your order. It is possible to return an entire order or only part of it.
If you are returning your product due to damage, shortages or defect, the original shipping and handling charges, if any, will be refunded.
It is not possible to cancel/return an order by rejecting or not picking up the order without the prior consent of BIBS Denmark ApS.
The products must be shipped back within the 14-day cancellation period.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping if they want to use their cancellation option

To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be in new or unused/unopened condition, with all the original product inserts and accessories.
Kindly ask for the receipt of shipment and track-and-trace-number upon sending for reference.
BIBS Denmark ApS holds the rights to retain your refund until the order has arrived or documentation of the respective return has been provided.
The refund will be returned to the payment option used in the original transaction. Kindly allow 7-14 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse.
Damage, Shortage, Defect
Any damage, shortages or defect should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. Send the complaint with photos of the entire exterior of the package, showing the overall condition of the package; the opened package, with the contents and inner packaging in the package being clearly visible; and a detailed photo (close-up) of the actual damage to the item. We will handle the complaint as soon as possible.
